Aria’s really clueless if she doesn’t pick up on the fact that her adult boyfriend is a pathetic loser with no friends his own age.
That guy’s got serious mental problems, more serious than Mona’s hyper adrenalized one. Emily’s stupid when it comes to Ali.Įzra’s a straight up psycho, doesn’t matter if he’s A or not.
That’s how she always reels Emily in, nice and sweet then flips it around to major bitch and Emily is like “I still luv you!”. Gurl, Ali was totally playing Emily with her “sincerity”. In fact, it could be even more heart-wrenching if we find out Alison has been playing with Emily’s feelings all along, because yikes~ She’s a character that could stir up a lot of emotions, good or bad, which makes her fascinating to wath. I do think Emily’s friendship towards Alison is pure, but I don’t think this relationship is reciprocal. I like speculating about whether she’s being genuine or whether she’s just using Emily for her own selfish reasons. This season introduced many shades of grey to her characterisation, so there’s a lot of ambiguity over her current motives. Take a chill pill and stop being such a bitch.Īlison is extremely manipulative, but that’s the appeal of her character to me. I still like her character, but I think she can take it down a few notches. :\ Her character has been really aggro and prickly this season, she’s just snapping at anyone who makes a tiny slip-up in front of her. Giving Spencer the silent treatment? Making her friends choose sides? It’s too much. I can understand why Emily got angry at the heat of the moment and I’m willing to give her some leeway here, but she definitely took it too far next episode. When she was nearly crying at the end of the episode, I felt so bad for her. Unfortunately, she was just at the wrong place at the wrong time, so they took all their rage out on her. Both Toby and Emily got upset with her, but a lot of the blame doesn’t even fall on Spencer. Better to be safe than sorry, y’know?Īnd the theme for this episode was like *EVERYBODY HATES SPENCER* even though she didn’t really do anything wrong. Before Alison made her appearance, the scene could have easily gone the other way and Emily could be greeted with somebody in a black hoodie at the warehouse instead. With the limited information that she was given, I think she had a legitimate reason to worry about her friend. Emily is ridiculously stupid for not even considering that this is a part of something bigger, and for not thinking that Ali could possibly be up to her old tricks. Ali has now repeatedly refused to answer their questions about what happened and who she is running from. Spencer is extremely smart to be wary of this situation. Not just for this, but for other times in the past couple of seasons she’s been a complete and total asshat. Emily needs to get off her high horse, get over herself and apologize to Spencer like crazy. I get that it was an emotional moment and that she was upset, but to scream at Spencer like that? Seriously awful.
I used to like Emily, but now I am actually hating her. Even Alison’s reasoning for loving Emily the most is selfish, she only trusts Emily because she took all of her abuse without standing up to her.
I don’t even know why she told Spencer and expected her not to show up that just doesn’t make sense. I hate that Ali always manages to get back in and manipulate Emily who clearly forgot that she’s with Paige. Especially the way this show is going and how Ali is so manipulative. I feel she is about to turn out to be A in the end. Nate-Maya-Emily situation, anyone? I’m not trusting this whole Shauna thing, or even Ali. I think Spencer did the right thing, considering these girls get themselves into the dumbest situations ever.
